more on grown-up Meccano


What kind of shed would I need to have kept some of these old treasures? In my last post I referred to these two projects as being other examples of work I sometimes miss, sometimes think about. The first is a 1955 86 inch WB Series 1 Land Rover reborn in the mid 1970's, and the second is a 1970 88inch Series 2A, reborn in the mid 1990's. Hope someone finds them as sweet as I do.

    Cheers Steve, but it isn't talent. I'm a master of nothing, but I do know how to understand a thing by learning how it works. And I learn how it works by making it. I don't do anything that isn't done by dozens of others, and I have made nothing of any unique merit. But I appreciate your sentiment, and the fact that you express it!
